Case, holsters and sleeves at a decent price

Decent product for the price. Everything worked fine for the first few weeks, but now my Libby app needs to be reset every few minutes. I have no problem taking my phone out of the case and carrying it. I don't know what is causing the app to disconnect when in use. I use iPhone 12 6.1”
