Review on ๐Ÿ”ง Autel ML629: Upgraded OBD2 Scanner with Full Functions - ABS, SRS, Engine, Transmission Diagnoses - Ideal for DIYers and Professionals by Mark Jefferson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Ideal entry-level scanner

The thing surprised me. On our expedition in 2000 it found 7 codes and didn't even have a check engine light. So if you suspect something is wrong, this will help you. Codes are displayed and explain what it could be (exhaust leak or car running rich or lean etc) so you don't have to look up what the random numbers mean. This reader can run a full test that monitors your RPMs. and all that, so it's kind of weird to see your machine doing something without your physical involvement, but of course you know it's just a scanner doing its job. It's worth upgrading to as it can really try to figure out the condition of your car and make sure you're safe too, checking abs, airbags and making sure you're ready to hit the road.
