Cannot add software to test other vehicles

Ug. I recently purchased software to update my scanner to work with two other makes of vehicle. While the concept is great and the actual scanner is convenient to use, the process of downloading new software is difficult to say the least. The company has 2 websites. You must be using the correct website. If you try to login on the wrong site like me, your username will be banned as will mine. Communication with the company is another huge hurdle. They're in China, so they're about 13 hours ahead of me in the US. Their answers are not entirely accurate and if you try to contact them on the wrong day or time it may take a long time (days) to get a response from them. Due to the language barrier, you may not get a direct answer to your question (e.g. could you unblock my username) and then if you answer you're back in a time zone delay loop. Error messages from their websites are returned in Chinese. I've been trying to get the software I paid for for weeks. My car is in the garage. I could (should) have bought a new scanner from another company, but now I'm in hell with Foxwell. Expecting to be able to log into my account one day, I tried downloading their setup software which is required to update my scanner. Guess what - it won't download! I almost fear how difficult it will be to install software into the scanner if I ever get that far. I don't do many product reviews, but I would like to know how difficult it is to work with this company before buying a scanner. This is a real fight. you have been warned Proceed at your own risk.
