RGB lighting not working

Although the fans are spinning up and blowing air normally, the RGB lighting flickered on startup and then wouldn't turn on. I tried connecting them via the included controller, the controller that came with my Cooler Master case which turns on the backlight of the three front fans with no problem, and directly to the ARGB header on my motherboard, but didn't recognize either option that there It even had a K RGB element attached to it. The included instructions are minimal and there is no mention of fans of the SF series in the knowledge base section of their website. I tried checking their forums but it's down for maintenance (at the time of writing this article it's been down for at least 5 days, with 8 more days to go). Finally, I submitted a support ticket to make sure it wasn't some stupid user error, but it's been 6 days and I still haven't received a response. Their support website mentions that their ticketing software is having issues, but says it's been over a week with no resolution. Today I just gave up and bought some Corsair fans with their hub so I could control all 6 fans via iCue and started the process. about the return of Cooler Master fans. Corsair fans connected and working great.TLDR; I'm giving these fans 2 stars because the actual fan part still worked, but if you buy them it's because of the ARGB aspect, which in my experience didn't exist. Cooler Master's customer service also seems to be hiding from consumers because I haven't been able to find a single answer or contact a person in the week since I bought them.
