When my two Ring Doorbell Pros mysteriously started going offline when the weather turned colder, I eventually learned the electrician installed doorbell transformers that only provided 10 volt-amps (not the recommended 30 volt-amps). I ordered these to replace the two underpowered transformers since these provide 40 volt-amps, and I’m glad I did. The transformers were very easy to install - just swapped them out with the existing transformers, fastened to electrical box with the provided mounting nut, and connected the wiring with wire nuts (turning the circuit off first, of course!). Now both Ring doorbells are working perfectly even in sub-zero temperatures. Great purchase for a great price.
