I'm not happy with my computer and accessories

Bought a few weeks ago and I'm already having problems with it.1. It won't connect to my network2. Windows diagnostics can't identify the problem (surprise, surprise) 3. Sometimes when I turn on my laptop, I can't enter my PIN code to access the computer. then this is your product.
