Bought new, used

The quality of the headphones is exactly what I expected. accept that they are used. I bought new headphones and pulled the packaging out of the box, sealed with tape. To top it off, they appear to have been returned as the charging cable sits loosely in the charging port and will stop charging unless pressed in a specific way. Broke because I needed them for work and walking. :(
