I counted my 18 times and each time I missed a ball to complete the set. I think my psychiatrist was right after all! I measured the circumference of each of my balloons individually and my balloons were too small. I've definitely heard that too! Usually late at night in a not very respectable institution. If you're looking for a staple that's non-exotic, non-unique, run-of-the-mill, regular and average, as always, no difference, plain vanilla, boring (yes, everything my parents told me as a kid) balls, then is this for you! Who knew balloons would bring back so many traumatic memories!
