This set more than lived up to expectations, completely exceeded them. The half-sheet pallet is made of steel and is of very good quality. Cool racks and silpat pads are equally well made. A sheet pan would be very valuable on its own, but this ensemble really cannot be beat for quality, durability and flexibility.
