I ordered L and XL to find the best size for my son. He wears a men's size 9.5 so we weren't sure. To be honest, neither L nor XL fit perfectly. L was definitely too small. But XL runs a bit big. We only kept the XL because I'm sure it will grow into it soon. He likes their overall performance, but is very disappointed that both cloth "hooks" (for carrying) broke almost immediately. It may seem like a small thing, but inline skates are heavy and uncomfortable to carry around without these hooks. It was very difficult to find adjustable inline skates for a kid his age so of all the limited options this one was probably the best.
