If I didn't need this thermos flask, I would send it back. The top gets stuck in the threads and stays in place all the time. I had to open it with a screwdriver and a wrench. Also, even if it is stuck, water will still flow out. So you have to keep it in the right position at all times or it will squirt out and leave the top loose so you don't have to become a mass to rip the top off. Disappointed, I was looking forward to enjoying this product because I drink lots of water and want to get the benefits of copper everywhere. Now this is a hassle.
