Sturdy, beautiful addition to my kitchen set
It's as strong as I'd hope it to be. With potato rice it becomes nice and fluffy, just add salt, pepper, some cream, milk or butter and you have a delicious side dish. If the potatoes are undercooked, they can be difficult to press, but that's no reason to blame the product.
