This tutu is designed for children from 1 to 3 years old. He is small and small. Judging by the reviews, I was expecting it longer. It's cheaply made but the lights are very pretty. The biggest problem is that it didn't come with batteries and the batteries for it cost $9! The plastic battery compartment broke when trying to insert batteries. My advice is to buy another skirt.
