During the summer, my normal water bottles are not enough to keep me hydrated, so i decided to buy a bigger bottle. I was nervous about getting a gallon bottle, thinking it might be really big and that i would have a hard time filling it with water under the faucet. I have no problem filling it with water, its slightly tilted in the sink but i am still able to get it mostly full. The jug is big but not embarrassingly big. And the handle on the side makes it easy to hold.The only set back is that it wont keep the water cold all day. (i put ice in my water and it stayed cold for about 4-6hrs but its not a big issue for me)There are more expensive options available on amazon, which would keep the water cold for much longer.
