The bristles may become stiffer after a few days of use

The toothbrush is good but after a month of use the bristles become stiffer. Called the company three times, left three voice messages, never called back. They have a new extremely soft toothbrush that I wanted to try, although I bought two very soft toothbrushes, but I'd like some answers first. I decided on the Nimbus toothbrush and bought five directly from Nimbus Dental.
