First of all I would like to point out that if you receive this as a gift, open it first (do not break the seal), wash carefully and check the toy for dirt and stains. Two of the toys had some strange brown-black marks, similar to scuffs, that appeared after washing in hot water. Mum will of course want to sanitize anything she gets, but I found scuffs and dirt (from the factory I think) would be a nuisance if given as a gift. Might wonder if it was really new, especially as the label inside is blank and doesn't quite match the packaging and seems like a very general description. So for the most part I was happy with the toy. Among my favorites, a blue elephant with rainbow-colored rings in the center is worth noting. It makes a satisfying sound when spun (babies, my 4 month old at least, gets excited when he hears it) and it feels well put together and feels more plastic than most. Next is a moon toy with brightly colored balls in a clear tube that rounds out the opposite side, looks like decent quality plastic and parts and is generally a good weight, with a cute star button that's properly spring-loaded to press without to get stuck or feel cheap. One of the well worn toys, a butterfly with its body surrounded like rubber of different shades was another favorite of my little man, he likes the size of the gum for easy teething, not too long or flat with a comfortable weight. Other toys are definitely of lower quality, both in terms of weight, plastic and details. The two toys (a horn that can be blown for a loud hum) and a tambourine-like shaker are just too cheap and flimsy plastic for me to give away. The horns don't seem to be as reinforced as the rest and overall I think a good throw or fall can crack or shatter the plastic on the horns. The tambourine is a bit sharp around the edges and the clamorous discs leave plenty of room for a bit of erupting gums or biting a tongue, which is very disappointing. Except for these two, which are not recommended for your little one, I didn't bother the others and found the rest nice and decent enough. I think in general I would rather buy toys that I know are good quality and safe. for my little man instead of getting low quality everything he doesn't really need or I feel safe. The plastic container is quite cheaply made, but still pretty.
