I've been doing latin carpet dancing for 3 months now and I've been looking everywhere for something that will make it easier for me to move and not strain my knees and ankles. Luckily my friend finally came along and told me about these shoe covers that made changing during workouts a breeze! The first day I used them I was suddenly moving better in my workouts with better range of motion and best of all NO KNEE PAIN! I cannot go a day without these wonderful shoe covers. They are of excellent quality and have held up very well to my 45 hour workout. I use it 6 days a week and have been for several weeks. They don't slip out of my shoes, they stay in place and I will never walk without them again! If you're looking for something to help you move around your carpet, I highly recommend buying this item!
