
As a caffeine addict I don't notice a significant energy boost from this, but I think it's more personal to my experience. Where I notice significant changes in my weekly exercise routine is in recovery time. I've been using it for maybe a month now and haven't woken up yet and felt like I need a day off. I have a 1 month old baby. I'm going to order their creatine and beta alanine training kit and see if I can cut out the caffeine. For reference, I train an hour a day, do about 80% strength training and 20% cardio, and surf 2-3 times a week for 2 hours each time. The taste isn't amazing, but I would have liked it to be a bit more mediocre and avoided the sugar and artificial flavors. Although I had a much worse BCAA taste. I would like to order a larger pack of these instead of subscribing. If I could get 400g or 600g I would love it.
