I am incredibly pleased with how well this converter box filled my needs! Your satisfaction will depend on your expectations. If you regularly intend to record multiple programs more than two days in advance and be able to view other channels while doing so, or have a cable-like program guide – you’ll be disappointed. On the other hand, if your needs are simple, such as watching OTA programs and recording the occasional show, you’ll find this an amazing solution for around $30.I’m cutting the cable cord and using a streaming service. Although it provides some local channels, PBS was not among them. I was looking to be able to view and record PBS shows. Well, it turns out the tuner in this device brings in two PBS channels and records them perfectly to the flash drive that I purchased separately.
