I bought these headphones over a year ago when they were offered a lifetime warranty. They're comfortable and offer rich, quality sound, at least to my ears. The first pair I received worked well for a few months before the cable started breaking at the plug and I lost sound in one ear. I sent the headphones back to Brainwavz to have them replaced under warranty. The second pair suffered the same fate as the first, after a few months of use, the wire began to break again. I sent them back and got another pair under warranty but the third pair broke within a few weeks. The earphone comes in two parts and the part that fits in the ear was poorly attached to the back panel and fell off after less than a month of use. When I contacted customer service to have them replaced again they told me the warranty was only two years which I don't think was what was advertised when I bought them as I was specifically looking for a pair of headphones with them lifetime guarantee. ; These headphones are poorly made for the price Brainwavz is charging and they have retroactively changed their warranty policy. The cable will most likely only last a couple of months and the headphones can fail and fall apart after a couple of weeks and most likely will no longer honor the warranty you bought them under if you try to replace them. I recommend you look elsewhere.
