This item works GREAT. One of my cars has a really cumbersome cooling system with lots of small parts, so after replacing almost everything from the radiator to the thermostat, I wanted to make sure none of the millions of o-rings were leaking, and when I refilled, none came out air in the trap. Inside. My supercharger sucked the system up to 25 inches almost immediately and held it perfectly. In minutes, I changed the fittings, installed the filter in the coolant bucket, and filled the entire system in just a few seconds. I just needed a little refill. (maybe a cup?) and that's it. I couldn't be happier. Definitely not one of those tools that a handyman uses every day, but if you only use it a few times in your life it will pay for itself in saved time and frustration.
