Mouse pads have lint on the surface that moves in the same direction, which makes the mouse and hand move in the same direction. I was really mad at my teenager for changing my mouse settings. I checked them and no change. I like a fast mouse. It turns out that mouse pads for some reason interfere with the correct operation of the mouse, distorting and slowing down the cursor. Almost twice as slow as a similar mouse pad and no mouse pad at all. This makes the product a complete failure in my review. Another small issue is that the patterns on the pads are blurry. I have returned this item. It's garbage.
