I'm sending it back. The forward thrust is not well designed, so the crosshead mouth does not open constantly, since only the rear wheels are constantly in contact with the ground. I tried it before Christmas (thank goodness) and couldn't get it to keep opening and closing. Also, until I received this item, I didn't realize that the entire top of the cross and some of the wheels were plastic and not wood. Obviously the price was too good to be true! I expected a whole tree from this company and didn't read the information carefully enough.
