Received my condenser mic kit around 5pm today…. super excited! So I started the setup.... I have an IPhone 8plus, setting up for my IPhone was difficult! 🤦🏻♀️ I watched a tutorial video on YouTube on how to set up a V8 sound card for the iPhone to use in the StarMaker app. Yes, basically I wanted to use a condenser microphone and a V8 sound card for the StarMaker karaoke app. Anyway, when I connected my iPhone to the V8 sound card and went into the StarMaker app, I turned on Bluetooth on my iPhone and paired it with the V8 sound card, plugged an earphone into the headphone jack, the condenser mic into the condenser mic, and the other cable and iPhone adapter plug into the live jack 1. I'm excited to try it. I logged into the StarMaker app and entered the party room, there was house arrest! I was discouraged! At first I didn't understand why when I tried to sing and cover on StarMaker the same was due to the fact that I joined a collaboration with another person on their cover, couldn't hear my singing when I played it . So it took almost four hours before I decided to repeat the setup steps! The only thing I changed was the plug from my iPhone to the V8 sound card instead of Live 1, I plugged that cable into Live 2! Voila! It worked! Went to the party room in the StarMaker app, great sound! Made a cover; sang the song, great sound quality! In the beginning it was difficult to use only one device [Iphone 8plus], I almost gave up but I was determined to find a solution! Tips: Use for only one device [Iphone], first-> make sure the V8 sound card is charged before first use...then connect the V8 sound card to your device, connect the iPhone- Adapter cable to your iPhone and connect it to Live 2, connect speaker to speaker, condenser mic to condenser mic slot…. Than being happy, singing/blogging etc if that is your preference. I'm not getting paid to leave this comment, I leave my rating for feedback. Not sure if it's the same for Live On FB or YouTube, I'm not a blogger…. I just want to use the StarMaker app kit for singing! It's like my own karaoke surround sound in a small package. As I understood from the manual for two devices with Android or iPad, Live 1 is for videos and Live 2 for sounds and texts…. The iPhone needs an adapter and I think the Android phone needs one," not sure. I don't have Android. I recommend to everyone. Delivery was fast. For the price I paid this is a good starter kit ...worth every penny!Cool and great sound quality!Hope you found this helpful.
