It's robust for e-business solutions such as inventory control, customer management and order entry. The platform has excellent integration with other tools including marketing, website development platforms, point of sale, shipping and accounting software. There are many problems with it that could be improved upon. Poor user interface. You're locked into using only one vendor's data warehouse which takes time and effort to set up. Lack of ability to easily setup multi-ware house reports when using other databases like SAP etc. Should use Oracle or Microsoft SQL DB if you want to manage complex e-commerce warehouses. We are solving our needs for our retail business which sells products online and via phone calls. The platform is easy to use and has a lot of features. It also has a great customer service team. I haven't found any dislikes. I would recommend this platform to anyone looking for a great platform to run their business. It has helped us grow our business and have a lot of benefits. I am able to run my business from anywhere in the world. I am able to do my job from anywhere in the world.
