Review on 🧤 Rothco Olive Drab 5 Glove Liners: Enhanced Comfort and Versatility by Tio Kotaki

They make excellent glove liners. They are not intended for long-term autonomous use. As with the cold weather base layer, they make an excellent insulating layer under large gloves. I use them under thicker gloves for housework. The product page contains contractual statements about the composition of the material at the time of writing this article.
