The large silicone nose pads on my crown lens glasses are still causing pain on the bridge of the nose because the frame and glasses are too heavy together. So I bought that. One side is finely screwed, the other side insert is deformed and looks like it's either melted or just deformed. There is no way to insert into a threaded connection and there is no threaded hole. Using it with just the inside attached seems like a big improvement. So if you're lucky and get one with screw mounts in good condition, they should work just fine. But it's not mine. I will not be returning it and I will not be ordering another pair. Possibly poor quality control.
