Suitable for a woman wearing 20W pants.
I am a woman. But I bought this belt because it's difficult to find belts my size that aren't just pretty. I liked it and it's pretty much gender neutral. It is durable, high quality and easy to use. Most importantly, it fits me perfectly. I wear 20W in women's pants and I have 44" and they close on the 4th hole. So I think I might go for 46. But I'm happy with what I have.
