I wish the instructions were clearer with the instructions - as there are other products that use light to activate the product I wasn't sure if it was anything special, that I needed to buy. It says it only lasts 90 seconds, but I wasn't sure whether to brush it off or leave it alone (most of the confusion came from me comparing this product to other products that had more detailed instructions). I didn't notice a huge difference in color but did notice that after a few uses it removed some of the papery stains on my front teeth and left my teeth very smooth and clean afterwards. It was easy to use - I almost preferred the gel to be colored so I could see how evenly or unevenly I was spreading it. It didn't bother my teeth either and I usually avoid whitening toothpastes as my teeth are very sensitive.
