A week later they exchanged for another copy, but with him the same problem. Replacing the SIM didn't help either. I sent a recording of the conversation with the problem to the manufacturer, but I did not hear anything new or comforting in response. We decided to return the smartphone to the store, because. nothing like this has ever happened with any smartphone. Looked like a clear software defect. ADDED (after a month): We replaced the device with the same model, but the problem persisted. On the Samsung support page in contact, I was advised to replace the SIM card. And it helped! Now from the device some positive emotions!
