I like the idea of companies that care about the environment. However, it often seems that they create products without focus groups. And this product is one of those cases where a focus group or something like that would help with development. Pros: ergonomics, eco-friendly design and functionality. Cons: The thread is 1) too thin [that it even needs double strings] and 2) far off course and dry to be comfortable with more than my first test. The thread is thin, rough and "catchy". I did not enjoy using this product no matter how I tried to customize its use. If you have teeth with a small gap between them, I'm sure you'll do a lot better than me. If they had found another, more convenient thread (e.g. in the thread selection area), I would certainly change my mind. In its current form I bought a box of 200 pieces, which I will not be comfortable using and will not recommend.
