Review on UPGRADE Gooseneck Thermometer Anti Rust Fire 40Oz by Shaun Stapp

The sickening smell of burnt plastic filled. My kitchen was also giving me a headache. Washed several times before first use. Even before the water got warm, it began to smoke from all sides. I made a video and some photos. It's been 30 minutes and there's still a smell of burnt plastic downstairs. A shameful result for something that should be safe to consume. I'm definitely sending it back. Update: now boil water in it about 5 times to see if the smoking and smell stop. It still smokes and still smells awful. I use an induction cooker and it seems some others are having the same problem with induction. Really disappointing product.
