At first glance it seemed unwieldy due to its extension length. But after a few days it seems fine. But why such a bad rating? I originally only got this dock for the extra USB ports. I wanted to run a USB Wi-Fi adapter (my internal Wi-Fi card isn't that useful) and a YubiKey. That works great. However, I will occasionally use a USB stick as well, and this is where the problem arises. Everything between the WiFi adapter and the USB stick fails. I can't read the flash drive or use WiFi until I remove one of them. Out of curiosity, I can say that multiple flash drives are fine, but only the combination of flash drive and WiFi adapter is causing the error. I know. I have a bit of an odd case and for normal use (e.g. mouse, keyboard, flash drive etc.) this product would be perfect. It's just that it seems a bit much for WiFi USB in my particular case. As an aside, I have yet to use the HDMI port or communicate with tech support, so my estimate may change accordingly. However, my use case is not yet completely solved by this device.
