I like how easy it was to set up, we were able get recommendations within minutes! There are some features missing such as adding new items or tags but these could be added easily at no cost so all in one place now!! Recommendations seem good if you don't have too many different products/ categories then this might not work really well however with multiple product areas where they can offer similar options - its very useful here.
