Very high quality! This is a full tutu with a thick and secure waist. It was packaged very well with no wrinkles or creases. If you don't stretch the strap, it's as round as a cantaloupe. In my opinion suitable for children from 2-5 years.

- My 2 year old loves it. She wears it all the time. She's doing great.
Cons
- The tulle material may not be able to breathe well, causing some discomfort in warm weather.
