I just received the item today and upon opening I noticed a transparent seal for opening the package, hair stuck to it - um, phew! Then, when I pulled out the cord, I saw that it was not folded well like a new item, but wrapped haphazardly. I'm not sure I'll keep this to myself as it's not a new product, it's a used one. Not sure if this will work or not but I think I'll be returning it just in case.
