Although the packaging looked new when I opened the box, there were fingerprints and smudges on the lid of the jar. In addition, after rotating the lid, the lid's white security seal (which should be safely sealed for health reasons) completely slipped off, which cannot have been an accident. The rim of the glass was covered in whipped cream and the inside looked like someone had bitten their finger. Apparently I received an item that someone opened and returned. I cannot tell if the item is genuine or if it has been contaminated. I'm sending it back asap and I'm very disappointed!
