Very sensitive to touch, automatically dials numbers

Sound is OK. Connected quickly. The biggest problem is that if you touch/handle it (instead of just double-tapping), it somehow itself dials the numbers you've called. Interestingly, not even the last number dialed is redialled. I'm not sure of the logic behind his programming, but he's already done it twice when I unplugged the TV and put it away for the night. Now I turned it off because I can't let that happen.
