The product does not work. It literally just crushes a small side of the hub shaft and doesn't crimp it evenly in all my tries. Look at the photo of the finished damaged jack he is making. It also comes with 2 sizes of lugs, but the small ones won't work with the crimping tool. He didn't have any spare parts with him either. And no instructions either. Didn't realize I needed instructions, but size 2 sockets just don't work with a crimping tool, so I looked for instructions, and sure enough, there weren't any. returned. Don't waste your money and time on this.
