I was concerned about this at first. I have never had a nose piercing and wanted to get one for my birthday. Due to Covid 19 I couldn't go to a professional so I made a crazy decision to go for it. I have disinfected my workplace very well. I opened this up after finding where to put it and opened it up. It looks like a pinch at first, but don't hesitate, go ahead. WALLA! New nose piercing. I love it. I keep it clean with h2ocean and haven't had any issues. I had no problem with it falling apart as long as the nose ring was not in my nose. Don't play with it. Do what you intend to do to keep germs out and use gloves please.
