These far exceeded my expectations , the last time I used ankle weights was 40yrs ago. Easy to adjust the weight if needed. If you make sure the Velcro is attached all the way to the end of the strap they stay very secure.
- First set of weights that fit and was comfortable. The weight of each strap was easy to adjust
- The weights may cause muscle fatigue faster than expected
