The best temporarily instant pain helper. I have had issues with muscle /neck pain for awhile and have tried everything under the sun>I recently went to my physical therapist and she used this tape on me and I will tell you I was pain free for at least 4 days .The tape is waterproof and stays on where you put it you can still move freely and not know it is there. This product is a great alternative to pain meds and there is no side effects.try it you will love it
- For my feet - Lasts up to five days if using benzoin tincture first and on seams of tape after applying.
- The multiple color options may be unnecessary for those who prefer a more discreet look during physical activity
