Purchased in the past, and while their website wasn't the easiest to download, they returned the book to me in a timely manner. You should be able to choose whether to download digital drawings or send paper drawings by post. I've been painting digitally for the last 3 years and after painstakingly working on my latest comic for the past 3 weeks I was about to upload my images and saw that they had "turned off our creation tool for a much needed maintenance and update". . I have a deadline but I gave myself enough leeway for a couple of weeks but I emailed customer support anyway to ask when it can be backed up for digital downloads. I replied that it would not be available indefinitely, but that I could still send in the pages for my book. Yes, that's why I worked digitally for three weeks. So I wasted all the expense of buying this item. And I will never buy this product again. This is false advertising. If you wish to submit physical drawings you must do so, but they must be half price if only one of the comic creation options is actually available.
