I bought this lightbar 8 months ago. I was planning to use it on my desktop so my keyboard and work surface would be lit as I was being reassigned to work remotely. I had a preconceived notion that it would be bigger than it was, it's all my idea. So it arrived and I put it back in place as intended and found that all the other extra things didn't matter. I don't need any features other than full inclusion, and it's not like there are that many full features. But it gave off light and the remote control worked. I found that USB power makes no difference either. I only needed an on/off button; I mean it's not big enough for disco lights or anything like that. So not all "features" are important, except the light at full brightness. The USB power plug was not a bonus for me. Then, after working 10 hour days Monday through Friday and lighting my keyboard for a little over 8 months, it stopped emitting light. So I wasn't thrilled, it wasn't performed, and then it died. I wouldn't buy it again.
