I purchased this for my wife after she had surgery, cancer. Wanted to find something for abdomen support for her. When we first got it was to small. I went by the size chart but she just could not get it zipped up. I was upset. After a month or two and another 50 lbs lost she fits in it great. It has been some time now since she beat cancer for the second time and she wears this every day to work. She loves it. Pay attention to the size chart and order a size or two up. Her waste was larger then her hips at the time so was hard to go by the size chart.
