Bought to make fries easier in our air fryer. Received today and tonight delicious fries cooked better than in a restaurant. Cut off a small amount from the bottom of the unpeeled potatoes so they sit flush with the cutting rack and slide through easily - except for one potato that was older (and drier) than the previous one. fresh that I bought yesterday. Old potatoes required a lot more effort, but the rust didn't sag. (Next time I come across a resilient potato, I'll microwave it for a minute or two.) The non-slip bottom kept the cutting board from slipping. Cleans quickly with a quick rinse. Very pleased and looking forward to using it with onions and peppers. Gave it 4 stars for "durability" as I've only used it once, but it looks like it will depend on the tasks I bought it for.
