The most significant drawback is that the scroll wheel failed; it simply started rotating and crunching tighter, and after a few minutes it got "free rotation" while the scrolling function stopped working. I didn't break the mouse by dropping it or banging it, and I don't even know how it broke because I turned it in when it was still under warranty. They can't replace the mouse in the store since it's not in stock, but they can give you your money back. However, a new mouse of this kind costs at least 5000 dollars in other stores, and I bought it for 4200 dollars as a consequence, as if it were covered by a guarantee, but in reality I had to pay an additional 20%. Right now I am at a loss as to what to do or which mouse to purchase. Even if everything appears to be in compliance with the law, the problem was not solved in a way that was particularly comfortable for me, and so I cannot be considered a satisfied client. In general, the mouse is adequate, it functioned without any issues, and I even believed it to be an ideal mouse, but alas, it was not the case.
