Review on GPX PR047B Digital Voice Recorder by Matthew Miles

Works very well. It has enough built-in storage to meet most people's needs. The plastic is pretty cheap, but it holds up well. If you accidentally dropped it, it may be cracked or torn. I've read reviews about this elsewhere and people have complained about the battery indicator not working properly. However, this is simply because when the device is off, the display is off as well. After turning on the device, the display works normally. My biggest problem is when I transfer audio files to my computer. I can't play them by clicking or trying to import them into iTunes. I've tried emailing them to myself and playing them on my iPhone but still no luck. Finally, I had to download a program called VLC Media Player onto my computer (I also downloaded their app onto my iPhone). As soon as I open them in this program, they play flawlessly. So, note that there is a workaround for this problem, but it is tedious. The price was great. Meijer had the same model for $10 more and they didn't match the price so I ordered it here.
