The team is very knowledgeable, experienced & customer oriented to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers! They are always there when you need them with no additional cost - they're amazing!! There's not much I dislike about this group of people but maybe that sounds cocky ;) But seriously it’s great working w/ EPi-team as we support many complex systems like SAP ECC 6+. Highly recommended if looking primarily at B2B products / services (SAP). 1) Support 2nd level technical consulting 3) Ability to see potential future issues early 4) Great communication skills 5.) Good knowledge regarding various technologies used within their product line6.). The team is very helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and professional. They are willing to take time out of their day with us to walk through our needs and help build solutions that meet our requirements. We haven't had any issues working with them thus far. This has been good for me as I am new to this field so need all the help i can get! They have done some great work for my organization.
