I LOVE this product. You just put the sheets on the grill and put cooking spray them before you start the grill. Then just put the food on top. 95% of the grease and burned BBQ sauce stays on the sheets. The vegetables don’t fall thru the grill, the food tastes the same, and the cleanup is soo easy. Just wait til the sheets cool (you can even wait til the next day). Fold up the sheets and take to the kitchen. The grease and burnt debris just scrapes off into the trash. Put the sheets in the sink with detergent and they easily scrub clean. I use a Brillo for the tough spots. The grill itself is almost completely clean. I bought a grill brush that I hardly use. Well worth the price—and I have only used two of the four sheets so far. Bravo!
